A lone wolf of Weirmonken. Little to nothing is known about Raine, except for that the man is some sort of feral giant. Some tell stories of a man from Lyonesse, a prince or lord, who arrived in the wilds after his kingdom was swallowed by the sea. It is said he ran as a wolf until the man in him was no more.
After his second act of Sedition against the Regency of Weirmonken, he has been exiled and is a wanted man. It is said that the Regent will reward whomever brings the betrayer in handsomely.
